个人简历:博士毕业于山东大学企业管理专业,Australian National University国家公派访问学者,在SSCI ABS4及中科院1区Top期刊上发表多篇论文,其中Web of Science高被引和热门论文3篇,曾荣获山东大学优秀博士毕业生、上海市属高校新教师岗前培训教学技能大赛三等奖等荣誉称号,担任SSCI Journal of Vocational Behavior、Journal of Business Research等十余个期刊的审稿人。
